Initially through our Consultancy, we helped Businesses get the most out of their IT investments, by ensuring that systems met the needs of the business as it grew and were efficiently implemented.

IT Works grew too with the introduction of Software Developments, so that our clients can maintain their leading edge with tailor made systems to exactly fit their requirements, and through our team of developers we are able to respond to business changes.

When our clients demanded Support Contracts we developed our National Network of Technicians to provide the level of response demanded. Our major growth has been in this area of on-site warranty repairs. We currently cover the whole of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland with a network of highly qualified engineers, operating from over 40 centres throughout the U.K. providing a high quality service.

We decided to focus the business in these three divisions, with a member of the team heading the delivery of each:

Business Solutions

Providing Training, Implementation Business Analysis and Project Management to Businesses, headed by Linda Benjamin We provide solutions based on the Sage's integrated product range.

Sales Databases

Providing tailor made and customised solutions also customised solutions in ACT and Sage interfaces, to Businesses that demand business critical solutions not catered for by standard packages. This area of expertise is very demanding but rewarding it allows our customers to get everything they require out of their system.

Maintenance Contracts

Providing flexible contracts to PC manufacturers, Retailers and Multi-Location organisations who require a national repair contract. Jill Upton heads this division.
